He has served in many senior finance roles including CFO, CAO, SVP-Finance, VP-Controller, and Corporate Treasurer, among others, for both publicly traded and private companies within the Hospitals & Health Systems, Senior Living & Senior Care, Real Estate & Construction, Global Apparel, Oil & Gas, and Professional Services industries.
With his extensive experience as a finance executive, Jerry is well attuned to the demands corporate management face and how professional service providers can truly contribute to an organization’s financial performance and operations.

Chris is a CPA with more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience. His career has bridged between positions focused on complex business and individual taxation and executive management roles in finance and accounting.
Years of specialized tax practice coupled with substantial time in industry finance leadership roles, Chris has a unique ability for understanding how different businesses work and all the moving parts they contain. All with one aim: to resource clients in creating long-term value. His knowledge and experience enable him to proactively advise business clients in the Hospitals & Health Systems, Physician Practices & Medical Groups, Real Estate & Construction, and Technology & Software industries, as well as High-Net-Worth individuals.
